What is FacelessFlo?
FacelessFlo turns a script and a voiceover into a finished video. You write the words, pick a style, and the platform handles the b-roll, captions, music and rendering. No camera, no face, no editing software.
Do I need any technical skills?
No. If you can paste text into a box and click a button, you can use FacelessFlo. There is nothing to install and nothing to learn.
What kind of videos can I create?
Anything narrated: educational explainers, motivational content, news roundups, product walkthroughs, storytelling. If it works as a voiceover, it works here.
Can I use the videos commercially?
Yes. Videos you create are yours to publish, monetise and use in advertising. The stock footage and music we use are licensed for commercial use in finished work.
What languages are supported?
You can write your script in any language. Caption accuracy is highest in English and strong across major European languages.
Can I create videos for YouTube, TikTok and Instagram?
Videos are produced at 1080p in 16:9, which suits YouTube and most desktop platforms. Vertical formats for Reels and TikTok are planned.

How do credits work?
Fifty credits buys one minute of finished video. Credits arrive with your plan each month, and they never expire. You can also buy extra credits at any time.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card payments and PayPal. All payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your card details.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes, from your billing page. A change takes effect on your next billing date, and any credits you already hold stay in your account.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds follow our published refund policy. If a render fails, the credits are returned to your account automatically — you are never charged for a video you did not receive.
Is there a free trial?
Not at the moment. Plans start at $59 a month and you can cancel whenever you like.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payments are handled entirely by our payment provider. Card numbers never touch our servers.
Video Creation
Creating and managing your videos.
How long does a video take to generate?
Roughly one to two minutes of processing for each minute of finished video. You will get an email when it is ready, so there is no need to wait on the page.
Do I need to supply my own voiceover?
You can either upload your own audio or have one generated from your script. Both produce the same result — the choice is whether you want your own voice in the video.
Can I customise the video?
You choose the style, which sets the pacing, caption treatment, transitions and music. Within a style, the platform makes the editing decisions for you — that is what makes it fast.
What resolution are the videos?
Every video is rendered at 1080p, ready to publish.
What happens if a render fails?
Your credits are refunded automatically and you will get an email explaining what went wrong. You are never charged for a video you did not receive.
How long can my videos be?
Up to thirty minutes of voiceover per video. Most content performs best well under that.
